This is our Appartment block in Louisville, exactly 5 min walk from my office. A bit costly than usaul, but the location is excellent, with all major retail stores, eat outs and right next to RTD bus stop. The only managable place without a Car in US. Whole place is with neatly maintained Land scaping, gym, spa, swimming pool etc. And the best part about this place is 16 of our colegues are staying in the same Apartments. So you don't feel that you are really far from India.
